This is for those that would like to drop in for a one off casual class. You certainly don't need to be an expert, but you will need at least 3 months+ experience at a CrossFit affiliate or equivalent* and be over 16 years of age to jump into one of our CrossFit classes. 

Can be used to any classes available at HCF CrossFit

(Masters, Postpartum, Specialty, Conditioning, CrossFit ...)
